Well I understand enough Greek to know what you wrote but was wondering whether the grammar was correct. Also, considering that the word you use for “end” might also be rendered “the perfect” there’s a little ambiguity there.

Well, I’d suggest that setting a countdown until the deadline, with “dead” in bold could lead to the reasonable inference that you intend suicide if the said goals are not met in this timeframe. If not, then please correct my misinterpretation.

That might be okay for a one off event, but I don’t have an immediate need for medical attention.

It is an interesting offer, but I really like my home, all my stuff is here.

My doctor? Its been like, 10 years since I last saw a medical professional. That was just a tetanus booster.

As far as I know every GP on the coast closed their books long ago to new bulk bill patients.

Continuous prescription medication on the other hand is likely to have far reaching effects, especially on my bank balance.

As I said, considering that you would be eligible for a Health Care Card I would be more than happy to fund your anti-depressants until you find yourself fulltime work.

Then there are side effects - "Many users of SSRIs complain of apathy, lack of motivation, emotional numbness, feelings of detachment, and indifference to surroundings." All of which describe my current mood and aren't something I want more of.

Yes, I appreciate this concern and I must admit that I experienced this with other medication. But the medication I'm currently on, Efexor, is not a SSRI and as such has no such side effects. Maybe you should ask your doctor about that?

So you’ll take a depressant that alters your state of consciousness, but not an anti-depressant that merely serves to balance your serotonin level to a place that it should be?

Well, I'd suggest that there are points where I'd simply acknowledge the points made and say "So what?" For instance, the fact that the Bible is not inerrant does not delegitimise Christianity.
