I guess you don’t want my money then
“Dear Daniel,
Thank you for your email with regards to the above products.
We wish to advise that these products are still available, however due to a
number of complaints with regards to the microwave directions, our
marketing department have chosen to eliminate them from the packaging. We
advise that the formulation has not changed only the packaging.
If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact
us.
Kind regards

Well…. no more money will be leaving my wallet and being used to purchase any products from green’s general foods then.
My response to them:
“Hey company that doesn’t want my money,
Obviously the instructions worked, I’ve been making it microwave for the longest time and have never had an issue other than eating too much pudding. You say you haven’t changed the formulation, so its not like they won’t work any more.
Maybe if you’d warned consumers of your product like me of your intentions to remove the microwave instructions I could have kept a copy, but you didn’t and I didn’t.
Maybe you could have included a copy of those instructions with your email, but you didn’t.
The only conclusion I can draw is that you would rather stop a few complaints than make a profit from my purchasing of your products. You would also rather stop those complaints than have me tell everyone I know (and everyone who reads my website) to not buy your products any more either.”
